PROCESSING TIME AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note we cannot guarantee available stock on all items.
All back-ordered, out of stock, and custom pieces can take an additional 20 or more business days to produce.All orders are processed and shipped from our workshop in Australia and are prepared pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.
Production times will vary on bespoke and made to order items. Please see the item details or contact us directly if you are unsure or need an order within a specific time frame. Contact us at care@ohliguer.com prior to ordering and we will always do our best to assist you in every way possible.
EXCHANGES
Ohliguer will not provide refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing as a result of customer error. Please follow our sizing guide to ensure you measure twice and purchase once. Items that are eligible to be returned for store credit must be returned with the original packaging intact.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. Please check the options at checkout for specific requirements. Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, can vary depending on the item and delivery location. The shipping time frame is also contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorisation.These shipping terms, including the terms set forth in our Shipping Guidelines, are deemed accepted by placing an order with us. All orders are dispatched with ‘Signature Required´ on delivery. Ohliguer is not responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier or customs.
